They are third-party information that we do not check before it appears and do not monitor in general (Articles 6 and 8 of the Digital Services Act). To report a poll or a message that breaks the law, write to the email address above with its link and why it is unlawful; we remove it promptly once we know of it.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
